How Can abdominal Pain Along With Lower Back Pain Be Treated?

Hi, I am a male 48 years old 6 4 in good shape. I went to a gathering last Saturday ate some abnormal food (Irish) anyway in the afternoon the next day I started having stomach & abdominal pains pretty severe. That turned into the next day to a moderate fever, fully body aches including the constant abdominal pains & bad lower back pains, & very low energy. Which kept me out of work M-We d. Today is Thursday afternoon & pain has really not subsided, along with lathargic feeling & low energy levels. Should I see a doctor? Thx, Mike
